SHIPPING: We ship only to the United States (excluding Hawaii), Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally.
We ship via FedEx. You have the options of Ground shipping or Express (2-Day Air, 3-Day Air) shipping. For the majority of the year, we use FedEx Ground shipping to most of the country. Ground shipping is much more economical (generally $10-$20, as opposed to $25-$100+ for Express), however, there is a greater risk of damage to plants, usually from the extreme Summer heat, or mostly from freezing temps in Winter. During winter, we only use FedEx Ground for the southeast U.S. The rest of the shipping is done using FedEx 2 Day Express, weather permitting. Mostly, we hold the orders until warmer weather. For those customers in the colder climates, it may not be possible to ship orchids at all from late December through early April. (Since most orchids are tropical or sub-tropical plants, we cannot guarantee safe delivery during this time of year). As a general rule, we will hold your order and not ship if the low temperatures in your area are at or below freezing. Ground shipments go out every Monday (some orders to the Southeast U.S. can ship on Tuesday). Express 2-3 day shipments go out Mon.-Tues. of each week. If at all possible, we try to ship within 1 week of receiving your order. Please choose the appropriate shipping method when filling out your order.
We will still guarantee safe delivery of our plants with either method, but will not guarantee buds and/or flowers for orders shipped via Ground. If you want to guarantee your buds/flowers, you will need to pay the higher 2-3 day air shipping.
Packages containing 1-6 plants shipped via Ground will run approximately $10-18 depending on distance and weight. You can figure on adding about $2 per plant for additional plants to the Ground shipping estimate. *The same packages shipped via 2-day air would run approx. $18-50+, depending on distance and volume (box size).
Remember, these are estimated costs. Costs vary for many factors, including-but not limited to whether the package is being shipped to a residence or business, urban or rural area, etc.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: We take great care in packing your order. If damage is evident upon receipt of the order, please keep all packaging material and the plants. Report the damage to us immediately. We may require the return of the damaged items if a refund is to be made or a replacement plant is sent.
