(C. Ruth Gee x C. walkeriana). Made with a large white cattleya and lavender walkeriana, most (about 75-80%) will come out light lavender similar to the picture. The rest will come out pure white. Flowers are 4.5" - 5" with full shape and heavy substance. Fragrant.
I ordered the 6 inch pot and it was cracked all of the way down, but I tied it together until a new pot arrives. What is amazing is that two small flower stalks are emerging. I am so very excited about this. I am going to wait to put into the new pot until after the blooms because I do not want to mess up the blooming.
My 'Angel Jim' just bloomed with TWO huge gorgeous orchids. A different lavender-pink color with a magenta lip and brilliant yellow throat. Breathtaking! Asalways, a large obviously healthy plant, quickly and carefully shipped.
